Jordon Gliem

Jordon Gliem, M.A, CCC-SLP, BCaBA is a licensed speech language pathologist. She completed her undergraduate degree in hearing, speech, and language sciences at Ohio University, her master’s degree in speech and language pathology at the University of Akron and her BCaBA at Florida Institute of Technology. Ms Gliem started working with children on the autism spectrum during her senior year of college when she began working as a tutor for an in-home ABA program and was trained in the field of verbal behavior (VB).

Ms. Gliem has worked with children on the autism spectrum since 2009 in home based, summer camp, and school settings. She has worked as an SLP since 2012 in the schools; both public and private, in ABA based programs. Ms. Gliem was part of a team of professionals who developed programming for a preschool classroom in North Eastern Ohio. This classroom was chosen as a model classroom by the Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence (OCALI) and is featured on their training series ASD Strategies in Action. Ms. Gliem has a strong background in behavior management and the implementation of alternative and augmentative communication (AAC). She is PECS trained and has completed PROMPT level 1 training.
