School Closures & Snow Days

The following policy applies to The KidsLink School in the event of inclement weather:

• KidsLink will follow the Streetsboro City School District when making decisions regarding school closures. While we follow their lead, please look for the official KidsLink School closing announcement.
• If local weather conditions become severe—such as hazardous roadways or dangerously low temperatures—The KidsLink School may choose to close, canceling all scheduled sessions and events for the day.
• School closings will be posted on WKYC and WJW Fox 8 Cleveland along with other Cleveland-area closings. Families may also sign up to receive school closing text alerts from The KidsLink School.
• If the Streetsboro City School District issues a two-hour delay, The KidsLink School will be closed for the day.
• Please note that The KidsLink School is listed separately from KidsLink Neurobehavioral Center. If the school is closed, the center will remain open unless otherwise noted.

Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. Decisions like this can be particularly difficult, as we have students traveling from many different directions and from considerable distances. We strive to continue providing students with their education whenever possible while also ensuring the safety of everyone.
