The KidsLink School BCBA Supervision

The KidsLink School offers a supervision and training program for KidsLink School employees pursuing their Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) certification. The program meets all of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) requirements for supervision.  KidsLink’s program offers a wide variety of opportunities for learning and growth that make this program a rich experience. The program focuses on the application of behavioral principles to the daily practice of candidates. One of the key features that make this program unique is the focus on team learning, experience, and supervision. There are weekly opportunities for group supervision with other enthusiastic candidates, and weekly behavior committee meetings that are attended by psychologists, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, intervention specialists, and current BCBAs. This team approach allows for integrating perspectives from all disciplines, which is invaluable to all who participate.

Supervision will include individual and group experiences with the goal of giving a well-rounded experience. Individual supervision will generally be in person but occasionally might include virtual experiences. All supervision experiences will be compliant with the 2022 BCBA Fieldwork Standards. Group supervision will be available on a weekly basis and will include the opportunity to use clinical and behavioral terms, review current literature, practice behavioral analytical skills, listen to guest speakers, and build relationships with other candidates. Candidates also participate in a center-wide interdisciplinary behavior management committee.
