Dr. Michelle DePolo

Psy.D., BCBA-D, Psychologist

Michelle DePolo, Psy.D., BCBA-D is a Clinical Child/Pediatric Psychologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with the KidsLink Family of Services.  Dr. DePolo serves as the Director of the Behavior Stabilization and Reintegration Program with the KidsLink School, and she heads the Psychology Department and the Independent Educational Evaluation teams with KidsLink NeuroBehavioral Center.  In addition to group programming, Dr. DePolo maintains a small outpatient caseload providing treatments blending the disciplines of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and applied behavior analysis.  

Dr. DePolo completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Wright State University-School of Professional Psychology and post-doctoral clinical fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism.  Dr. DePolo has been on staff at The Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation and Akron Children's Hospital NeuroDevelopmental Center.   

In addition to being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Dr. DePolo obtained certification in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) through the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy. She has served on the professional advisory board of the Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence Disorders (OCALI) since 2010.
