Dr. Michelle DePolo

Partner/Director

Michelle DePolo, Psy.D., BCBA-D, is a Clinical Child/Pediatric Psychologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral with the KidsLink Family of Services. She is the Director of the Behavior Stabilization and Reintegration Program at KidsLink School. Dr. DePolo also leads the Psychology Department and the Independent Educational Evaluation teams at KidsLink NeuroBehavioral Center.  Dr. DePolo blends cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and applied behavior analysis to provide treatment in both individual, family and group formats. 

Dr. DePolo earned her doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Wright State University-School of Professional Psychology. She also completed a post-doctoral clinical fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Center for Autism. Dr. DePolo has been a part of the staff at The Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation and Akron Children's Hospital NeuroDevelopmental Center. In addition to being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Dr. DePolo is certified in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) through the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy. She has been on the professional advisory board of the Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence Disorders (OCALI) since 2010.
