Not sure what an RSS news feed is? The quick and easy answer is that RSS (which stands for Really Simple Syndication) allows you to keep track of the latest news from a variety of sources you're interested in easily. Without RSS, you might have to visit our website frequently to see if any news had been posted. With RSS, you simply subscribe to the feed with an RSS news reader, and it will let you know when updates have been posted.
