Our Clinical Treatment Fees
All providers at KidsLink Neurobehavioral Center are out-of-network medical service providers. This means that full payment will be due at the time of your appointment. You will be provided with a reimbursement form that you may submit to your insurance provider, per the guidelines of your individual policy. Please check with your insurance company for details regarding percent reimbursement for out-of-network services.

Note: Evaluations that require educational plan development are billed for additional report writing time.
Travel Fees
All Travel fees are calculated at base fee for that service times 0.25 per 15 minutes round-trip drive time. Drive time will be calculated to the nearest 15 minutes.
Example 1: In-school psychology testing for two hours for a family living 20 minutes from KidsLink (40 minutes round-trip) = base fee + travel fees for 45 minutes = 2 hours * $200/hour + 0.75 hours * $200/hour = $550.
Example 2: Home-based ABA for three hours for a family living 30 minutes from KidsLink (60 minutes round-trip) = base fee + travel fees for 60 minutes = 3 hours * $115/hour + 1 hour * $115/hour = $460.
